JSC Latvenergo is a longstanding DHB partner in the field of construction, repair and maintenance of energy facilities, i.e. the Plavinas HPP, Kegums HPP-2, Riga HPP, Riga TPP-2, Riga Thermal Power Plant and other facilities.
JSC Latvijas Gaze - performance of works in the Incukalns gas storage facility; construction of gas distribution stations and natural gas metering units.
Industrial companies - cement production Broceni, woodworking plant Bolderaja, small HPPs in different parts of Latvia and other industrial facilities. DHB carried out reconstruction of the laboratory building of the LU Institute of Physics; repair and heat insulation of LU buildings’ roofs; repair works on the foundation and reconstruction of the rout with glazing of the passenger gallery of the Riga International Coach Terminal.
Municipalities - in cooperation with municipalities of Latvia, DHB accomplished reconstruction of the Cultural Centre and music school in Salaspils; carried out reconstruction with building of the new school in Zakumuiza; reconstructed kindergartens and schools with replacement of engineering networks in Salaspils and Incukalns; carried out reconstruction of the social residential home in Jurmala; performed works on improvement of energy efficiency in the Ikskile Secondary School; constructed water treatment facilities in Olaine and other facilities of social importance.
General contractors - in the course of successful cooperation with general contractor Rе&Rе, DHB participated in building reconstruction in Old Riga; enabling works for the Sport Hall in Salaspils; and concreting of the monolithic construction the SRS building. For company Мerks, DHB constructed reinforced concrete structural framing and grandstands of Arena Riga complex; multistorey apartment house Skanstes virsotnes in Skanstes street in Riga; two apartment houses in Grostonas street in Riga. In cooperation with YIT, DHB constructed apartment houses in Imanta (Riga).
Private customers - for private customers, DHB performs both individual general construction works (enabling works, carcassing, concreting, interior finishing, engineering supervision) and full cycle of construction works. As an example, we may mention construction of apartment houses in Stirnu street in Riga and row houses in Budeskalnu street in Salaspils; construction of multistorey apartment houses in Dzirnavu street in Riga; reconstruction of the apartment house in Zaubes street and reconstruction with replacement of engineering networks of Daina hotel.
