DHB carries on cooperation with Latvenergo, performing reconstruction and repair works, as well as works on maintenance of hydro- and thermal energy facilities in working condition.
Among industrial projects of DHB, one should mention works at cement production Broceni and woodworking plant Bolderaja; water treatment facilities in Olaine, Sigulda, Ventspils and Saldus, as well as works on reconstruction of the LU buildings; repair and heat insulation of the Riga International Coach Terminal foundation.
Besides, DHB actively participates in tenders on performance of general construction works by orders of municipalities. In cooperation with real estate developers, DHB built row houses in Salaspils and apartment houses in Riga. The company carried out reconstruction of the music school in Salaspils; renovation with construction of the new school building in Incukalns; performed reconstruction of the social residential home in Jurmala; carried out works on improvement of energy efficiency in the Ikskile Secondary School and constructed other facilities of social importance.
In cooperation with general contractors, DHB took part in construction of multifunctional complex Arena Riga and the high-rise building in Skanstes street in Riga; enabling works for the Sport Hall in Salaspils; monolithic building of the SRS; modern apartment houses in Dzirnavu and Grostonas streets in Riga and reconstruction of buildings in Riga and Jurmala.
